A Love For Learning and Teaching

Finding what I love and passionate about took longer than expected. However, I
wouldn’t trade the journey for anything.

It wasn’t until I got into coaching high school girl’s basketball that I figured out what to do the rest of my life. I wanted to teach and coach.

After graduating with my master’s degree from Robert Morris University and set out to be the best teacher I can be. Ten years after earning my degree, I will be earning the most prestigious one in education, a Doctorate of Education with a concentration in STEM. 

After many long-term sub positions, I finally landed at Pittsburgh Carrick High School as a part-time business teacher.

In addition to teaching, I also coach boys basketball at Steel Valley High School.
